For the Venice Architecture Biennale, Buona Visione delivered the live production for the Bulgarian Pavilion, bringing the exhibition narrative online beyond the physical space of the show.

For the Venice Architecture Biennale, Buona Visione delivered a live production for the Bulgarian Pavilion, turning the exhibition narrative into an audiovisual experience designed to reach audiences beyond the physical boundaries of the show.

The project required precise management of filming, audio, live direction and video signals, within an international exhibition context with complex technical requirements. In addition to the production carried out in Venice, we also managed the video feed coming directly from Bulgaria, allowing the people on site to interact in real time with the remote guests.

The video feed produced in Venice and the one coming from Bulgaria were coordinated within the same live control workflow, through to broadcast on the pavilion’s private channel. The result was a production built to ensure stability, continuity and full technical control throughout the entire live stream.
